It is a difficult rune word to make, requiring the rare and useful Jah Rune and Lo Rune.

For Cold Arrow rogues, amazons who specialize in Freezing Arrow, or some other odd cold-based bow-wielding characters, Ice knows no equal. Even for normal bow-wielding amazons, it is still useful as it offers massive slowing capabilities, although its raw damage will be lacking.
