Death's Guard is a set sash in Diablo II. It is one of the three pieces of the Death's Disguise item set.

Death's Guard comes with the useful Cannot be Frozen mod, which negates the slowing side effect from any Cold Damage outside of Holy Freeze.

With additional pieces of the set worn, the belt becomes even greater by increasing all resistances +15.

As it is a Treasure Class 3 item, it may only be found in Normal Act I. Its high uqlvl make it a very rare drop.
