The Eye of Etlich is a unique amulet from Diablo II.

Although its skill boost is nice, its added Cold Damage is completely negligible in later game and its cold duration decreases with later difficulties. Early game physical fighters may find it useful.

Prior to Diablo II: Lord of Destruction, The Eye of Etlich was the only unique amulet to grant +1 to all skills.
