Stealth is the rune word 'TalEth' for body armor in Diablo II: Lord of Destruction.

Stealth is useful to low level casters, due to its boost to mana regeneration and cast rate, as well as the ease of obtaining the required runes. Its poison resistance may be useful against early bosses like Andariel, at least in Normal mode.

Physical fighters can definitely benefit from this armor, though they may want to upgrade to a Hustle Rune Word for the greater benefits provided.
